Get the benefits of working out with prenatal fitness expert, Megan Flatt, at a fraction of the cost of personal training and meet new friends at the same time.  Each workout will focus on building strength and endurance to prepare you for labor, delivery and the demands of motherhood. We will also focus on managing common aliments of pregnancy and discuss prenatal related topics.  Max 4 participants.

Bump2Body: Postnatal Fitness- Thursdays 12-1pm, Bay Club Marin, Corte Madera, Ca

If we’ve learned anything as new moms it that each day is different, hard work and loads of fun, Bump2Body is no different! Designed by postnatal fitness expert Megan Flatt, these workouts will combine all types of strength training, cardio and core work, in a safe and efficient manner.  These appropriate, but intense workouts are sure to help you go from Bump to Body! Participants must have doctors’ approval to begin a postnatal fitness program.  Pre-crawling babies welcome in class!
